If you have received an item that is defective or different from what you purchased, we will refund the item in question and the shipping cost as soon as we have received it in stock and verified its condition.
It is possible to request a customized painting by sending an email to our customer service and you will be supported by one of our technicians who will assist you in the design phase. You will have the possibility to choose the image, dimensions, and color.

Once the order is placed, we will send along with the invoice an e-mail for tracking the package, enter the tracking number in the appropriate field and click on track. In a few moments, the system will detect the shipment providing the track of the various movements, with time and place.
You can make the return procedure within 7 days from the date of order delivery.
